Peggy,

It is interesting that you bring up Alaska Airlines. I flew round trip with them June 2007 and was very impressed with their customer service. They kindly accommodated us when we had to make changes to our flight schedule and even upgraded us to first class at no extra charge! I'll have to write about them in a future post. Thanks for the idea!

I was trained in customer service by Alaska Airlines, and cannot believe what passes for "customer service" these days. GAWD, I must sound like an old fogie saying that, but I've come to think there really is no customer service anymore.

Peggy, who is trying to catch up with the blog class

Well written, Viki. You made your point. And I agree with you. "Who says so?" is always a good question to get answered. I even wonder about "testimonials" with just first names and states of residence. Are they real? I seldom read them unless the name is stated in full, with a location.

Good resource at the bottom too. Thanks.
