Karon, Instead of a hard 301 redirect, I would probably recommend that the company name domain have one page description about the company with a small email address and a very large link to the other keyword-rich domain. Not because they had my name in them, but because they used keywords I wanted search engine credit for. A quick permanent 301 redirect does it every time! I’ve done that with several domains.
