		<description>If you do setup a seperate keyword rich domain, how do you handle new service inquiries from that site; ie phone calls? They would normally be answered with the company name and I see potential customers getting confused.</description>

This is exactly what I am recommending to my clients.

Instead of a hard 301 redirect, I would probably recommend that the company name domain have one page description about the company with a small email address and a very large link to the other keyword-rich domain.</description>
